Most people would in truth admit that they have found keeping up with the pace of constant change very difficult. For those of us with the extra challenges of disability and additional needs it can be incredibly challenging.

The Covid pandemic accelerated the move of even more official processes to the digital domain and what can be managed in other ways doesn’t seem to work so well anymore.

Our values lead us to walk alongside those in our community that need the help to help themselves. We do all we can to bridge the digital divide and to clear some of the bureaucratic fog, but in many instances, we are simply helping to get the right form to fill, get in front of the right person at the right time, and just listen…
